We strongly recommend sending DNA obtained from endotoxin-free maxiprep.

We require the following information:

  1. Plasmid name
  2. DNA concentration of plasmid (ug/ul)
  3. Sequence/map of plasmid

Avoid repeating freeze-thaw cycles. Store the viral stock immediately upon arrival. Aliquot right before use and keep at -80C for long term storage.

Viral Production Core guarantees that the packaged virus will contain the customer's insert at the designated titer. If the designated titer is not achieved after one attempt, we will repeat the AAV service a second time at no cost to the customer. If the designated titer is not obtained after the second attempt, we will contact the customer to discuss the project and potential options before proceeding. Viral Production Core can provide additional services to check the virus expression level after purification. Additional charges may be apply.
